Angus and angus/cross cattle are rotationally grazed on quality pasture during the summer months and are given dry hay or baleage during the winter. No grain or chemicals are used to fast track weight gain. Livestock are monitored regularly for health and well being while handled by experienced livestock personal. Nutrient dense forages produce a well marbled flavorful eating experience.

Whole unvaccinated turkeys with no antibiotics pastured on grass and moved regularly as they forage our non-chemical field, available the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Availability secured if ordered ahead by check deposit of $50.
